All content created by 3Brands Digital Marketing for the client remains our property until full payment is received.Clients retain ownership of their brand assets provided to us for use in projects.
We agree to keep all client-provided information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.Upon termination, the client must pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in CaliforniaClients agree to waive the right to a jury trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
